Merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the original order shipping date. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and cancellations. If an item is returned more than 30 days after the original shipping date, the return will not be processed and the merchandise will not be returned.

Please allow 30 days to receive and process return requests. A credit for the purchase value of the returned merchandise and applicable taxes will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles.

NOTE: We are sorry, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Fila Golf is not able to accept returned merchandise purchased from a retailer other than To return merchandise purchased at another retail outlet, please contact the retail location where it was purchased.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, Fila Golf will replace the merchandise with the exact same item if returned within 90 days of the original order shipping date. Please follow the normal return procedure. Fila Golf will not accept returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alteration. Any rejected returns received by Fila Golf will not be returned.

Orders Sent as Gifts

If you send someone a gift purchased with and they return the item, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to return merchandise, please follow the standard return procedures and visit to order new merchandise. Return Procedure

1. Log in to My Account

2. Click Return Merchandise in the left side menu

3. Click New Return Request in the right corner

4. Select your order from the drop down list of your existing orders

5. From the list of items, delete the items you wish to keep and not return. Indicate the reason for your return in the message box. Click SUBMIT REQUEST.

NOTE: If the Return Request is not received by Fila Golf prior to receiving the returned merchandise, the refund cannot be processed.

6. Pack the return package with the items listed below.
    a. Merchandise to be returned
    b. Printed copy of the Return Request Form
    c. Original Packing List
    d. Any tags or other packaging that originally came with the merchandise

All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS/Canada Post (ask for services that have tracking options). Fila Golf cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. Please retain the applicable tracking number to track your package.
